What's Happening this week... 27.01.2020

- Holy Molies and Silver socials are up and running as usual. There will be stories, songs and snacks for all. 
      Holy Molies starts at 9:30am, Silver Socials at 10:30am. 

- Youth Choir continues this week at 3:30pm - 5pm. If your child is interested in joining or if you are interested in helping out, please contact Mother Ruth.

- We are pleased to announce that the first night if our robes night shelter was a great success and we are looking forward to Saturday where it continues from 6pm here at Church of the Holy Spirit.

- This Sunday is Candlemas, this marks the close of the Christmas-Epiphany season.  As we celebrate Christ being revealed among us as the light of the world, we  turn towards Lent and Easter and start to reflect upon how we are called to carry that light into the world. We will (of course) be processing with candles. Come to our main 10:30 service and join the procession. 

- St James Church are hosting a Community Exhibition of 'Hope' and would like YOU to send in your photos of hope that have been taken between January 1st  2020 and February 21st 2020. It can also be a drawing, painting, knitting on to a piece of card, a poem or any kind of artwork so long as it portrays hope to you. The artwork/ photo must be 8" x 6" and you can email it to stjameshope2020@gmail.com or drop it in at St James Church, Park Hill SW4 9PB on Friday between 11am - 5pm or at the Sunday morning 11am service. The deadline is Friday 21st February 2020. We can't wait to see the submissions!
