Christmas Fair set to provide perfect presents with a handmade touch

The Christmas countdown has started we will be holding our Christmas Fair  on Saturday 26th November, 12-4pm.

Reflecting the nation’s passion for craft the theme of this year’s fair is ‘Crafts at Christmas’ with local crafters and artisans providing a wealth of opportunity for visitors to get their hands on one of a kind gifts and goodies or even try their hands at crafts themselves with special workshops.

Stalls already confirmed include chutney makers, handmade jewellery, decorations and bunting, cards and prints and natural bath and beauty products.

So if you’re a passionate fan of the Great British Bake Off or the Sewing Bee, but watching the action is as close as you get to craft, or if you fancy getting creating yourself this Christmas the Fair could be the perfect place for you.

Ruth Burge-Thomas, vicar at the Church of the Holy Spirit, commented: “Our annual Christmas Fair is a highlight of our festive calendar and really kicks the season off for us.  This year’s theme and selection of stall holders is really exciting so we hope to see as many people there on the day as possible.  With the craft workshops and refreshments available it should be a great day out.”

The fair takes place at Church of the Holy Spirit, Narbonne Avenue, Clapham SW4 9JU from 12 - 4pm on Saturday 26th November.  There are still spaces for additional stall holders, to book a stall please email office@holyspirit-clapham.org.uk

If you have an hour or two to spare on the day we would love some help, contact Sara in the church office on the above email or 02086758094
