Good Friday - 3 April

We meet at 10 am for our All Age Easter Workshop.

This is a hands-on retelling of the Easter story involving making, baking, blessing and eating hot cross buns and designing and building the Easter Garden.

Older kids and teens are needed to help with the tricky construction and oven work and to assist the little one mixing dough and eating buns.

You will probably get messy.

At 12.00 noon we journey around the Stations of the Cross
exploring Christ’s journey towards the cross.  At each station there will be a multi-sensory prayer activity to engage us body, mind and spirit in the journey.

At 1.00 pm We have a simple Eucharist centred around the cross.
We are invited to come and stand or kneel at the foot of the cross and bring whatever prayers are on our hearts.

Between 2 and 3pm we reflect on the passion of Christ,
on our own mortality and on the goodness of God through poetry and live instrumental music.
